At Graham Roofing (Scotland) Limited we are able to deliver tailor-made maintenance schemes to meet the needs of our corporate clients. We also have a low-cost 'Roof Maintenance Scheme' that domestic and business customer can purchase for an annual payment, see below for details.
The ‘Roof Maintenance Scheme’ is a Graham Roofing (Scotland) Limited initiative that aims to provide customers with an annual gutter clean and roofing inspection for a small annual payment.
What Does the Scheme Include?
- Yearly gutter clean
- Priority call outs
- Yearly roofing inspection which includes a written report, including photographs
- 10% off additional roofing requirements
- 24 hours repairs hotline
How Much Does it Cost?
The service costs is based on the size of the property, and the time required to clean the gutters. If you are interested, contact us and we'll do a free survey of your property and give you a price.
